If you’d like to return an item, simply contact your Tickle Concierge at 1-877-499-8425 (or by email at CustomerCare@myticklespot.com) for assistance. Your Concierge will provide you with complete instructions. Once we receive your return, a refund* or store credit* will be issued without delay.
Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. We never resell returned merchandise. Ever.

Not all orders qualify for a refund. Any item that has been opened, used, or sampled does not qualify for a refund unless pre-approved by your Concierge. When a product has been opened, sampled, or used, a gift card will be issued for the total minus any shipping fees (shipping isn’t refundable). In most cases we will reimburse you for the expense of shipping your product to us or provide a label for your convenience.
