<h3>We make it simple.</h3>
<p>If you&#8217;d like to return an item, simply contact your Tickle Concierge at 1-877-499-8425 (or by email at CustomerCare@myticklespot.com) for assistance. Your Concierge will provide you with complete instructions. Once we receive your return, a refund* or store credit* will be issued without delay.</p>
<p>Note: Please be aware that we cannot accept returned merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the package. We never resell returned merchandise. Ever.</p>
<h3>*The fine print and all that.</h3>
<p>Not all orders qualify for a refund. Any item that has been opened, used, or sampled does not qualify for a refund unless pre-approved by your Concierge. When a product has been opened, sampled, or used, a gift card will be issued for the total minus any shipping fees (shipping isn&#8217;t refundable). In most cases we will reimburse you for the expense of shipping your product to us or provide a label for your convenience. </p>
<p>If you need special assistance or special arrangements, we are generally very willing to accomodate your needs. Please speak to your Concierge about this.
